We understand that not all our guests will have received a vaccination yet, but you can still attend our September shows, as long as you’re able to provide proof of a negative lateral flow or PCR test (within 48 hours of entry) via the COVID Pass.
Please note you are NOT permitted to bring into (or use) any of the following items into the venue; illegal substances; legal highs or any other psychoactive substances; food; any form of liquid (including drinks and perfume); chewing gum; point and shoot cameras; bottles; weapons; ammunition; horns; whistles; drums, megaphones, amplification equipment, klaxons, air horns; fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, explosives, firearms, knives, blades; or any other article which may be used as a weapon or missile, or which may, in our reasonable opinion, cause danger or disruption to visitors at the venue (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes); large bags; hi-visibility tabards or similar; sponsorship, promotional or marketing material; marker pens, spray paint or any other similar items that may be used to mark infrastructure
We reserve the right to confiscate any Prohibited Items. Anyone found in possession of such items will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution. No refunds will be given to customers who are refused admission due to possession of Prohibited Items.

Animals, with the exception of guide dogs, are not permitted in the venue.
All Covid-19 Safety measures will be in accordance with Government and Public Health England guidance at the time.
All individuals attending the venue must acknowledge that the measures and restrictions in place at the venue place personal responsibility on each individual for adhering to the requirements in place at the time that may include but are not limited to, those relating to social distancing, personal hygiene, testing and reporting health issues, self-isolating and quarantining.

You’re not permitted to bring food or drink into the venue.
There will be a delicious range of food and drink options. You can ask for free drinking water from our bars.

Yes, you can apply for a refund for the face value of your ticket (s) directly with your ticket agent. Refunds will need to be applied for by July 9th, and monies will be refunded by July 16th latest. Please refer to the email from your ticket agent or promoter for details on how to apply for a refund.
Within the designated outside smoking areas, yes. If you are caught smoking anywhere except for the designated outdoor smoking areas, you will be ejected from the venue without a refund.
All venue attendees agree to be bound to any restrictions that the promoter, venue, or government may place as conditions of entry to the event to protect against transmission of disease. This may include the wearing of PPE, hand washing and sanitation measures, temperature checks, pre-attendance or on-site Covid-19 tests, or any other measure deemed necessary for the safety of attendees at the event, and based on current Government and Public Health England guidance at the time of the event.
Any cost(s) associated with any such requirements (including pre-attendance or on-site Covid-19 testing) will be the responsibility of the individual venue attendee.
Walk – If travelling by foot please arrive via N17 0QJ.
Train & Tube – Meridian Water station is a 5-minute walk to the venue with a regular service to and from Stratford, calling at Lee Bridge, Tottenham Hale, Northumberland Park and Meridian Water.
If travelling via the Victoria Line, please change at Tottenham Hale for Abellio Greater Anglia services to and from Meridian Water. Please do not attempt to walk to the venue from Tottenham Hale.
From 22:00 – 23:30, there will be regular services every 15 minutes to Stratford and London Liverpool Street. The last scheduled southbound Victoria Line service on Sunday 3rd November is at 23:33.
Taxi – Please use the postcode N18 3BW. There will be an official Uber and Black Cab drop off and pick up point.
All of our venues will be following the latest Government Guidance to ensure the safety of all of our guests. However, you are responsible for deciding whether or not you should attend the venue and, prior to attending, carry out your own personal risk assessment based on your own age, health and susceptibility to infection and clinical vulnerability and of those in your household or support bubble (based on current government guidelines).

The Drumsheds operates a strict zero tolerance drugs policy. Searches will be in operation and this is a condition of entry to the venue.
Any customer concerned over any part of the search will be discussed individually and the process explained by staff. The customer can refuse and leave the venue at any point should they not wish to continue with the search.

The outdoor areas at The Drumsheds are a mixture of grass, pebbles and hardstanding. Please wear suitable footwear such as trainers or boots. We strongly advise that you don’t wear open toe sandals or high heels. We do not accept any responsibility for any damage caused to any personal belongings including items of clothing.
No, unfortunately not. There will be no re-entry to The Drumsheds.

Yes, we’ve now announced that last remaining tickets have been released for Defected London, Anjuna Open Air, Above & Beyond & Pendulum. Following the pre-sale (where relevant) general sale for these tickets will be on 22.07.21, please check the event page for more information.
Unfortunately there were shows that were unable to be rescheduled for September due to artist scheduling and availability and have now been cancelled. Please check your emails for details on your ticket options, including refunds.
Although our Summer shows fall outside of the ‘Freedom Day’ date (July 19th), there has still been no safety guidance from the Government on what the terms and conditions of entry will need to be in order for shows such as ours to go ahead on the current dates.
The delay in releasing this information makes it impossible for us to plan ahead and make decisions that are needed now in order to meet deadlines for July & August. For that reason, we’ve taken the decision to reschedule the majority of our Summer shows to September.
It’s imperative that we can deliver an unforgettable series of shows this Summer, in order to do so we are working closely with Public Health England and the local authorities. By moving these shows to new dates we’re allowing time to implement the upcoming guidelines as effectively as possible for you.
