From the creators of Printworks, The Drumsheds is a ground-breaking new space for London. The venue comprises 10 acres of outdoor space and 4 large scale, interlinked warehouses offering the ultimate industrial space for you to make the new home of your major brand activations and events. With a total indoor capacity of 10,000 and set away from residential areas, events have the potential to run longer, later and louder than anywhere else in London whilst still being easily accessible from across the city.
The Drumsheds is a striking and distinctive location, offering unique dimensions and character with unusual architecture and historical, industrial features. With both indoor and outdoor space, 24 hour access, 6811 sqm of inside space and 20m high ceilings, there is nowhere else quite like it.
Historically, the site operated as a gasworks between the 1930s and 1970s and has remained unused until now. This unique venue will now embrace a new lease of life, in which the former gasworks and outdoor space will be revived as a pioneering and multi-purpose event space suitable for large-scale indoor and outdoor music and cultural events as well as film and photographic shoots.
For the opening weekend, Field Day took over The Drumsheds in June 2019 with the likes of Skepta, Jorja Smith and many more playing across 2 days utilising both the warehouses and outdoor spaces. elrow, Circoloco, Chase & Status’ RTRNIIJUNGLE and Kano have since had sold-out showcases in our largest warehouse unit.
